Missed Auto Charges
Knowledge BaseWhat "Missed" Means
A booking shows here when it was eligible for an auto charge but the system did not charge it. This is usually a setup or timing issue rather than a card problem.
Table Columns
Each row shows:
- Name: the customer.
- Booking Date/Time: when the class was scheduled.
- Package Name: the package the charge would have applied to.
- Fee: the amount that should have been charged.
- Status: why the system skipped the charge.
- Charge Date/Time: blank, because no charge was attempted.
Next Steps
- Open the Settings tab and confirm the rule and timing match this kind of booking.
- If the charge is still owed, run it manually in your billing system.
- Document the fix on the customer profile.
