What "Missed" Means

A booking shows here when it was eligible for an auto charge but the system did not charge it. This is usually a setup or timing issue rather than a card problem.

Table Columns

Each row shows:

  • Name: the customer.
  • Booking Date/Time: when the class was scheduled.
  • Package Name: the package the charge would have applied to.
  • Fee: the amount that should have been charged.
  • Status: why the system skipped the charge.
  • Charge Date/Time: blank, because no charge was attempted.

Next Steps

  1. Open the Settings tab and confirm the rule and timing match this kind of booking.
  2. If the charge is still owed, run it manually in your billing system.
  3. Document the fix on the customer profile.
