Customer Profile Header

Knowledge Base

Header at a Glance

The header at the top of every customer profile shows the basics in one row:

  • An avatar with the customer’s initials.
  • Their full name.
  • The location they last visited.
  • A line that reads Customer since [date] if they have visits, or Lead since [date] if they have not visited yet.
  • A follow-up tag (when one is scheduled). Critical follow-ups are highlighted so you do not miss them.

Opt-Out Options

Click the Opt-Out button on the right side of the header to open the opt-out menu. It has two switches:

  • SMS Opt-Out blocks all text messages to this person. Disabled when the customer has no phone number.
  • Email Opt-Out blocks automated and mass emails to this person. Disabled when the customer has no email.

The Opt-Out button itself turns red when either option is on. A red Communication Opt-Out Active alert appears below the header explaining what is blocked, and reminding you that manual one-off emails to opted-out customers are still allowed.

Scheduling a Follow-Up

The Schedule Follow-Up button (or Edit Follow-Up if one exists) opens the follow-up form for this customer.

Sending an SMS or Email

The blue Send SMS button opens the messaging panel from the right with this customer pre-selected; it appears only if the customer has a phone. The Send Email button works the same way for email; it appears only if the customer has an email address.

The Stat Bar

Below the header is a row of at-a-glance numbers (visits, totals, etc.) so you can size up the customer in seconds before diving into the tabs.
