What "Failed" Means

A charge appears here when the system tried to charge the customer’s card and the payment was declined or errored. The booking still happened; only the payment failed.

Table Columns

The columns match the Charge Log tab:

  • Name: the customer.
  • Booking Date/Time: when the class was scheduled.
  • Package Name: the package the charge was tied to.
  • Fee: the amount the system tried to charge.
  • Status: the failure reason at a glance.
  • Charge Date/Time: when the failed attempt happened.

Next Steps

  1. Open the customer profile and reach out to update the card on file.
  2. Re-run the charge in your billing system once the card is fixed.
  3. Add a note on the customer profile so other staff know the issue is being handled.
