A charge appears here when the system tried to charge the customer’s card and the payment was declined or errored. The booking still happened; only the payment failed.
Table Columns
The columns match the Charge Log tab:
- Name: the customer.
- Booking Date/Time: when the class was scheduled.
- Package Name: the package the charge was tied to.
- Fee: the amount the system tried to charge.
- Status: the failure reason at a glance.
- Charge Date/Time: when the failed attempt happened.
Next Steps
- Open the customer profile and reach out to update the card on file.
- Re-run the charge in your billing system once the card is fixed.
- Add a note on the customer profile so other staff know the issue is being handled.
