Customer Related People Tab

Overview

The Related People tab lists family members, people the customer referred, and other connected accounts. Use it to understand household relationships or to reach a parent or partner quickly.

Related People Rows

Each row shows the related person’s name with a relationship tag (e.g. Spouse, Child) when one is set, plus their email and phone if known.

Row Actions

Click the three-dot button on the right of a row to open its menu:

• View Profile opens that person’s customer detail page.
• Send SMS opens the messaging panel pre-filled with this person, when they have a phone.
• Send Email opens the email panel pre-filled with this person, when they have an email.
