Creating & Editing Banner Ads

Opening the Form

Click Add Banner to start a new banner, or Edit on an existing row. The form slides in from the right side of the screen.

Name

Type a clear name (for example, Summer Sale 2026 or Holiday Promotion). This is for internal use only — app users do not see it.

Scope

Choose where the banner shows:

  • Company Wide shows it to every app user.
  • Region limits it to one region (only available if you have regions set up). A Select Region dropdown appears below.
  • Market limits it to one market. A Select Market dropdown appears below.
  • Location limits it to a single location. A Select Location dropdown appears below.

Paste a URL if you want the banner to open a web page when a user taps it. Leave blank for a static banner.

Schedule

Pick when the banner becomes visible and when it disappears. The Status tag in the list will update automatically as those times pass.

Banner Image

Upload the image. The recommended size is 2000 by 800 pixels for the cleanest look on most phones.

Saving the Banner

Click Save to publish your changes. The banner immediately follows the schedule you set. Click Cancel or close the panel to discard changes.
