Overview

The Full History tab shows the customer’s entire activity timeline, grouped by date. Use it when 90 days is not enough or you want to look further back than the Recent Activity card on the Contact Info tab.

Filtering History

The Filter button works exactly like the one on Recent Activity. Use it to focus on a single type, for example only Mass Texts or only Purchases. The filter groups are Visits, Automated, Campaigns, Billing, and Other. Use Select All or Reset to switch between viewing everything and starting fresh.
