Knowledge BasePersonal Information
This card shows everything you typically need to identify the customer: Last Visited Location, Referral Source, Email, Mobile Phone, Date of Birth, Sex, and Address.
Visits
The Visits card shows three dates: First Visit, Last Visit, and Next Visit. The Next Visit value is highlighted when there is a future booking, so you know whether the customer is already on the schedule.
Active Credits
This card lists any credits the customer can spend (sessions, packs, etc.).
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity card shows everything that happened with this customer in the last 90 days, plus any future scheduled activity. Each item is tagged with a color so you can spot the type at a glance.
Filtering Recent Activity
Click the Filter button on the card to narrow what you see. The options are grouped:
- Visits: Past Visits, Future Visits.
- Automated: Auto Texts, Auto Push, Auto Emails.
- Campaigns: Mass Texts, Mass Push, Mass Emails.
- Billing: Purchases, Autopay Processed, Autopay Declined, Autopay Scheduled.
- Other: Account Creation, Manual Email, Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls, Form Submissions, Surveys.
Use Select All to turn everything back on or Reset to clear the filter.
