Auto Charges Overview

Overview

Auto Charges manages automatic charges for things like no-shows and late cancels. The page is split into five tabs across the top. Click a tab to switch views.

The Five Tabs

Charge Log: every auto charge in a date range you choose, with summary totals.
Failed Charges: charges the system tried that were declined or errored, so you can follow up on payment.
Missed Charges: bookings the system should have charged but did not, usually a configuration or timing issue.
Potential Errors: records the system flagged for a human to review before charging.
Settings: the rules that decide which bookings get auto-charged, when, and for how much.
