Overview

The Do Not Disturb (DND) list protects customers from automated outreach. Anyone on the list will not receive automated marketing messages and will not appear in your follow-up buckets. Manual one-off messages from staff are still possible.

Searching the List

The search box above the table filters by name, email, phone, or the user (the staff member who added the person to the list).

Sorting the List

The list is sorted by Last Modified, newest first, so the most recent changes are easy to find. Click any column header to sort a different way.

List Rows

Each row shows the customer’s name and email, mobile phone, when they were First Seen and Last Seen at your business, the user who added them to DND, and when the record was Last Modified.

Row Actions

Click the three-dot button at the right end of a row to open the actions menu:

  • View Profile opens the customer detail page so you can see their full history.
  • Delete removes the person from Do Not Disturb. A confirmation dialog warns you that they will start receiving automated marketing messages again. Click Remove to confirm or close the dialog to keep them protected.
