Overview

The Follow-Ups page lists every customer follow-up scheduled from 7 days ago through the future. Items are sorted by Scheduled Date with the earliest at the top, so the next thing you owe is right at the top of the list.

Searching the List

Use the search box above the table to filter by name, mobile phone, or the user the follow-up is assigned to.

List Rows

Each row shows the customer’s name and email, mobile phone, Last Seen date, Scheduled Date for the follow-up, and the user it is Assigned To.

Row Actions

Click the three-dot button at the right end of a row:

  • View Profile opens the customer detail page so you can review notes and history before reaching out.
  • Edit Scheduled Date opens a small dialog to change when the follow-up is due (covered below).
  • Delete removes the follow-up. A confirmation appears before the change takes effect.

Editing the Scheduled Date

The dialog has two fields:

  • Follow-Up Date (required): pick the new date.
  • Follow-Up Time (optional): pick a time. Leave it blank if there is no specific time.

Click Update Date to save, or Cancel to close without changes.
