What "Potential Error" Means

The system flags a record here when something looks off and a human should look before charging. Common reasons include a timing mismatch between booking and check-in, an ambiguous package, or a rule that could match more than one way.

Details Panel

Click any row in the table to open the Potential Error Details panel from the right side of the screen. It has four sections:

  • Customer: who the booking belongs to.
  • Booking Details: when and what was booked.
  • Charge Details: what the system would have tried to charge.
  • Time Difference Notice: a plain explanation of why the system flagged the record (for example, the check-in time and class time do not line up).

Next Steps

  1. Read the Time Difference Notice to understand the cause.
  2. Fix the underlying booking, package, or rule if needed.
  3. Mark the item resolved so it leaves the queue.
