Date Range

The picker at the top of the tab controls everything below it. Change the dates to see a different period; the stat cards and table both refresh.

Stat Cards

Three cards summarize the period:

• Total Charges: total dollar amount and the count of charges.
• Successfully Charged: dollar amount that was actually paid, and the success rate (paid divided by tried).
• Charged to Account: dollar amount that fell back to the customer’s house account because the card failed, and the count.

Charge Log Columns

The table lists every charge in the range. Each row shows:

• Name: the customer.
• Booking Date/Time: when the class or session was scheduled.
• Package Name: which package the charge applied to.
• Fee: how much was charged.
• Status: whether the charge succeeded, was put on the account, or had another outcome.
• Charge Date/Time: when the system actually attempted the charge.
