Managing Class Layouts
Knowledge BaseOverview
A class layout is the grid of bookable spots a customer sees when they pick where to sit, stand, or work out in your branded app. You can have one layout per location, or several that change based on date range or class keyword.
Searching & Adding
- The search box filters the list by location or layout description.
- The Add Layout button opens the editor to build a new layout.
Layout Rows
Each row shows:
- Location: which location the layout belongs to.
- Description: your name for the layout (for example, Main Room – Tread + Floor). A red Expired badge appears next to the description when the End Date is in the past.
- # Spots: how many bookable spots the layout contains.
- Start Date and End Date: the date range the layout is valid for. Either may be blank.
- Last Modified: when the layout was last changed.
Row Actions
Click the three-dot button on the right of a row to open its menu:
- Edit opens the layout in the editor.
- Clone asks you for a new description and copies the layout, which is a fast way to spin up a layout for a new room or new schedule.
- Delete permanently removes the layout after a confirmation.
