Customer Linked Accounts Tab

Overview

The Linked Accounts tab shows other profiles connected to this customer. There are two reasons an account can appear here:

• Other markets: the same person has a profile in another market.
• Possible duplicates: a profile in this market that looks like the same person, flagged with a yellow Duplicate Account tag.

Linked Account Rows

Each row shows the linked person’s name, their market name, email, phone, and date of birth, plus the number of visits they have in that account and either their last visit date or when their profile was created.

Opening a Linked Account

Click anywhere on a linked account row to open that profile in this view. This is the fastest way to compare profiles when you suspect a duplicate or want to merge information.
