Perspire Sauna Studio has carved out a category of its own in the wellness world, pairing infrared sauna sessions with a recovery focused membership that members build into their weekly routine. When Perspire was still around 20 studios, the partnership with AXLE was put in place to carry the next chapter. The goal was simple: a single platform that could take the brand from a regional standout to a nationwide network without the friction that usually comes with multiplying locations.

AXLE powers Perspire’s Premium Branded consumer app, the AXLE CRM behind every studio’s member journey, and phone lines across the system through AXLE Talk. A member can discover Perspire in the app, get nurtured through the CRM, and be greeted on a call from any studio without anyone on the Perspire side having to stitch together three different vendors to make it happen.  All activity is logged and visible in the AXLE CRM.

The partnership has also gone past delivering software and into actually running brand wide programs. AXLE has powered and executed Perspire’s Summer Ritual Challenge and Spring Reset Challenge, two signature member challenges that have become anchor moments in the brand calendar.
